Tout est exceptionnel: situation géographique, architecture extérieure et intérieure, qualité du restaurant, les chambre. La perfection! Et un point spécial pour la fantastique équipe! Très agréable, professionnelle, rien à redire. Nous avons passé 4 jours absolument parfaits.

Wonderful stay, we will come again
The first thing that comes to mind is the wonderful staff. Always attentive, present yet discrete, with a smile and trying their best to fulfil every wish.
The food and attention to details comes next as a very strong positive.
The location is great in a beautiful village, with many others located nearby.
The grounds are convenient, well maintained (helipad, bocce court, nice view from the pool, sport area, tennis etc).
Only negative is that the rooms which are designed to feel like an authentic Provence house are not up to current standards. They would be greatly improved with a lot more drawers and cupboards (could not unpack our suitcases), USB plugs near the beds, etc. And wifi repeaters should be installed throughout the property not only in the housing and pool areas

Un déjeuner en amoureux en automne sous le soleil. Un menu en 5 étapes. Originalité, finesse et saveur. Reste le dessert du trompe l'œil en forme de petit déjeuner. Une belle idée mais sans saveur...dommage. Reste l'élégance et la finesse du maître des lieux et du lieu. Un bémol également à la chef de rang: Elle a oublié de faire recharger notre voiture électrique...gênant Elle a également oubliée de sourire... A contrario. Le jeune serveur a de l'avenir...un futur grand professionnel! .

Nous avons adoré ce lieu . Très belle chambre, un dîner exquis, petit déjeuner très varié et copieux. Le personnel est aux petits soin . La quiétude du lieu vaut la peine du déplacement. J ai hâte d y retourner car cela nous apporte une joie immense.

Nous avons passé deux jours merveilleux avec un accueil familial , gentil , prévenant , nous reviendrons à la villa des anges avec toujours autant de plaisir , le dîner au restaurant étoilé était digne du chef une étoile , soupe au pistou , pied et paquets à goûter , petit déjeuner fort sympathique avec le responsable très professionnel, quand aux propriétaires, ils sont toujours au service des client avec gentillesse

Si vous souhaitez une "parenthèse enchantée" c'est l'endroit idéal Vous y trouverez la sérénité qui se degage des lieux et vos papilles seront aux anges grâce aux recettes emblématiques de la Provence revisitees par le talent du Chef étoilé Xavier MATHIEU. A la fin du repas vous aurez dans les yeux des étoiles...non pas celles du "petit livre rouge" mais celles qui font du PHEBUS une expérience unique.

Si nous passons au minimum une semaine de nos vacances au Phébus pour la 9e année consécutive ce n'est pas par hasard. Cela fait 9 ans que : l'endroit est superbe et parfaitement entretenu, l'accueil est parfait, tant le restaurant gastronomique que le Café de la Fontaine offrent des prestations de très haute qualité tant au niveau de l'assiette, que des vins et du service, le spa propose des soins excellents. Bref, cela fait 9 ans que nous cherchons la faille sans la trouver. Mais ce qui impressionne surtout au Phébus (même pour des habitués des Relais & Châteaux) c'est le souci constant du bien-être du client que la famille Mathieu a érigé en "religion" avec le soutien d'un personnel d'exception à tous niveaux. A l'année prochaine ... pour les 10 ans !
