Do not make a complaint for used, dirty sheets. I was informed they didn't have any, they were all in the laundry. So basically I was sold a room, that wasn't ready. I asked the front desk clerk, "Would you sleep on used sheets.? His exact quote, "I have slept on worse, you just need to leave." "We don't need your complaints." Facing surgery the next morning, most motels booked 2 weeks out, and no where to go, I was livid. So basically I was also hit with a probably $400 trespassing ticket, for a room, that I never even set on the bed. I was luckily able to find a room else where, that is very clean and suitable for one night only. A convention in town, has everything booked. Law enforcement informed me they can pretty much do what they want, as it is privately owned using Wyndhams corporate name. Never again. I'm still stunned that they thought my complaint was unexceptable.

Convenient to my plans however the hotel was run down, roof leaked in several places,one chair for 2 people, housekeepers do a good job, night clerk rrude when our group was locked out he said it was our fault because we had our keys near our cell phones...we stayed there 2years ago...loved it...we will never stay there again

Had to trade rooms tub faucet was running and could Not turn off! new room smaller but same priceTV would not work did get maitence man to fix it I had driven6 hours was tired & had to hassel with room!
