1) EV Charger has so little power it is useless. Do not stay here expecting to charge your car
2) the exterior landscaping is unkempt, and overgrown with weeds
3) the entire facility ventilation is sub-par. the halls and rooms smell with old cooking odors, its very unlikeable.
4) when I checked in the staff were unable to find a reasonable room. The second rooms they offered had not been cleaned. The third time was acceptable, but... gee... 3 times? and attitude!
5) the gym is tiny
6) no breakfast
7) at a price that was above many hotels in the area.

We were expecting another couple of days of tornadoes, hail, and flooding in Arkansas. I called around outside of the treat zone to find a hotel that would accept cats. They not only managed to fit us in but were able to get me a ground floor room near the door, to accommodate my disability and all of my luggage to work from the hotel room. Check in was quick and easy. The room was very clean, well-supplied and smelled so nice. The amenities are great and everyone I talked to was very nice and professional. I'd like to give an extra shout out to the lovely lady who checked us out. It was cold and raining good. She watched my cats (in their carriers) in the empty lobby while I got my car to the door and helped me load them to minimize their discomfort before our long drive home. Thank you so much for your hospitality and kindness.

The place was dirty the staff ****** and they over charged us plus there were homeless people everywhere and it was freezing cold.
