The front desk man, I believe his name was Nat...Nate, was wonderful. He was friendly and welcoming. He went above and beyond...even finding milk for me in the evening to take my medicine with. We stayed at this location on our way down and on our way back on our trip and both times he was great. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was good.

This was the worst BW hotel I've stayed in. The check-in was fine, but after we unpacked we found a turd in the toilet and the refrigerator was unplugged. We could have asked for another room, but by then, we had already unpacked all our belongings and had everything in the room. We managed to move the heavy dresser with the television on it out far enough to plug in the refrigerator and move it back. We found that the toilet took two or more flushes to make everything disappear. We were only staying one night, so we accepted our dismal plight. We did make a point of telling the check-out clerk that the toilet was clogged up and that we had to plug in the refrigerator. Amazingly, they didn't apologize or offer any percentage off the fee, but only said, "Oh, I'll tell maintenance". This was booked through BW so they could have made concessions, but no. Housekeeping should have noticed that the room was not in order, and the hotel management should have at least acknowledged our dissatisfaction with the accommodations. Beware of staying at this BW Plus. At least make sure everything is working before unpacking your bags. And don't bother with the slow, unsecured internet service.

A nice stay. The motel is nice, clean, with a friendly staff. There is a Cracker Barrel right next door, which for us is a plus. We were also given a list of nearby restaurants. We were only there for one quick night, but would return here again if in the area.
