Log Cabin Lodge & Suites

We are a senior couple and have great difficulty with stairs, we booked a room and noted that that a first floor room was an absolute must and asked that the hotel let us know if this was not possible. Upon check in an extremely arrogant woman advised me that a first floor room would require a hefty upcharge, I asked for my money back so that we could go elsewhere that we could afford and was refused. My choice was pay the upcharge or lose my money. There was not a bit of compassion or understanding, in fact the woman stated that she didn’t care about a bad review as they get them all the time. The hotel was literally empty of guests that night as we saw only one other occupied room, they could have simply given us one of a dozen or so empty ground floor rooms rather than require us to crawl up and down two flights of stairs. It’s a shame they have such an arrogant and uncaring attitude because the rooms are very nice. We did encounter insects in the bathroom, the heater was very loud and ran all night long, ice was in the check-in area which would require another trip down and up the stairs. I wouldn’t stay here again if for no other reason than the nasty, uncaring attitude.

Great getaway weekend! The bed was sooo comfortable, the hot tub was huge. Great location! Easy check in ! Loved this place!!

It was a beautiful unique place. The animal park next to it was just the thing we needed to make our stay better. Brought our sister in law and brother the following weekend. They loved it too. Will definitely be back

Great stay, a couple of issues with WiFi and the water was waaay too hot! Overall, really fun place to stay - definitely check out Living Treasures!

Clean. I love that the locations of the items are perfect. That reflects that the staffs are thoughtful and they think from guest's perspectives. I could feel that they maintain the room very well with care. Thank you for good memories.

I love it, i recommend it to everyone!! You can get deals and if you cant make it, you can cancel and not get charged!! I just love it to get away!! Bambi
