I booked this booking by mistake and I called 5 minute the error as I booked the wrong hotel. But I managed to book the actual which I wanted but when I called to ask for refund and I sent the actual booking and the reason I made the wrong booking never got a call back or even a reply which is disgusting as I have been using trip for years but I will need my moeny back for the hotel otherwise I will never use it again and I will makeaure all the people I know are aware of this issue.

Mon séjours c’est très bien passé l’accueil formidable rien à dire, par contre 2 fois j’ai signalé pour le chauffage qui chauffer pas du tout malgré le changement de chambre, mais heureusement que la couette faisais l’affaire pour ce chauffer un petit peux.

On se rendait à un concert au Groupama stadium et l'hôtel est idéalement placé à proximité de la station de tram qui nous dépose à peine à quelques mètres du stade.
Chambre très confortable avec son plateau de courtoisie et petit cadeau de la réception pour le concert.
On y reviendra

j'ai attendu le confort et les installation bien meilleur par rapport à ce que j'ai vu.
tout d'abord il y avait une odeur fort des produits de nettoyage (citron) et humidité de la climatisation. J'ai ouvert tout de suite les fenetres pour aerer.
après la salle de bain était un peu "fatiquée" sinon tout est correct;

Mi dispiace, l'hotel è bello, ha un bel giardino, ed è confortevole. Ma mi hanno dato una camera vicino al bar e risate fino alle 23. Al mattino alle 5 sono iniziati rumori che mi hanno svegliato. Dopo un viaggio di 8 ore avevo solo il bisogno di riposare... Ristorante nella media

Séjour de 2 nuits la propreté des chambres est très moyenne poussière sous le lit poils dans la salle de bain. L’hôtel est bruyant La restauration est chère et peu de choix les tarifs sont élevés En situation de monopole dans ce secteur la concurrence ferait du bien Prochain séjour je privilégierai le centre de Lyon
