We stayed at the hotel twice either side of a short trek to Kagbeni and Muktinath. Internet, hot water, heating/air-conditioning provision were all very good, as were the staff who were extremely helpful and friendly. Our room was spacious and well-appointed and the bed very comfortable. The food was very good and a good cup off coffee available at the coffee shop which is part of the hotel. The hotel, the main part of which is a traditional Nepalese building, is centrally located in the town. Overall, we had a thoroughly enjoyable stay and would certainly stay there again if we visit Jomsom in the future.

A most comfortable stay in windy and dusty Jomsom, after trekking Annapurna circuit. We stayed in the new wing. Comfi beds with electric blankets and a heater in the room. Excellent warm shower. Friendly services. Good food and excellent coffee with live music in the adjacent café. Marpha village is a 20 minutes taxi drive away.

I was planning to stay 2 nights at this hotel, until the hairdryer exploded in my face today whilst I was drying my hair. Left a black soot mark on my hand which I have attached a photo. ( don't have better photo as I ran into toilet in shock and tried to put my forearm in cold water in case I was burnt). Boyfriend snapped photo as I was washing off soot to show the owner. When I complained and asked for a waiver for stay for the 2nd night, he tried to blame me for this by saying this hotel do not provide hair dryers in the first place and that he was doing me a favour providing me a hair dryer. He tried to blame me for destroying his hair dryer. His reasoning was that when he passed me the hair dryer on the 1st night it was working and that the hair dryer exploded because I misused it on the 2nd night. He then tried to charge me 7000 Nepalese ruppees for damaging his hair dryer. I was really upset that he was not even the slightest concerned that I could have been scarred permanently on my face from the "explosion" of the hairdryer. If you still want to stay here and support bad behaviour and give business to people with such values...go ahead... But I hope you wouldn't unless they change their values.. If not, such behaviour continues...

Om's was just fine for one night, and much better than where I stayed in Kagbeni. The room was clean and the bathroom was adequate. After all, the location is in a remote part of Nepal, so taking that into account, I would stay here again. The best part was the views of the Himalayias and the Cafe next to the hotel that had fantastic coffee, breakfast rolls and super friendly staff.

This place is around 47 years old and has gained some past credibility since they have had celebrity guests many decades back . While the room is large enough, it’s not very clean and the washroom basin was falling off. The caretaker takes special care of large groups and fair skinned guests and completely ignores small families even if they pay the same room rent. The dinner is extremely overpriced and cannot be afforded by guides / drivers who may accompany the guests . The only positive experience was the Himalayan Cafe attached to the hotel which has wonderful staff and lovely live music and the fact that the open terrace has a great view as to all the hotels on that same lane. There are several other options on that one small street or Kagbeni if one needs to stop over.

Om's homes..omg ! this was probably our best stay in Nepal. Opposite to the huge mountains and airport ***** a cute home away from home. Most beautiful architecture, rooms with all basic but important amenities, the best coffee shop with great live music and amazing food. The staffs were so helpful and treated our kid with so much care. We loved our stay here. We honestly wanted yo extend our stay here as it felt soo good. This will always be a must stay place for anyone visiting Nepal.

As we arrived late due to long drive from Pokhara, our room was re-assigned snd we ended up staying in a guide room of 10 sqm and single bed for two. The next day we were provided with s much better room with a nice view on snowcsped mountain., however hot water was not working. A group of trekker was partying late and loudly in the courtyard under our window and we had to call the manager to stop. Jomsom is full of dogs who barked the whole night so we much recommend sleeping in Kagbeni which is only 30 min drive and more charming.

A wonderful accommodation option in a remote area which is blessed with natural beauty. Also the Jomsom airport is within 2-3 minutes walking distance from the hotel. We stayed in the same room where renowned bollywood actor Amitabh Bachchan stayed during the shooting of the film "Khuda Gawah" in the early 90's. The staffs were very nice & they packed breakfast for us even though we were late. This hotel bed has heater facility. But wifi was not upto the mark but it is okay compared to a remote area.
