Good location , clean rooms , responsive management, quiet and safe place . Everything is 5 t0 10 minutes drive only , the bed are super good . The staff is very helpful with any information we are looking , they are telling very patiently. Overall very good experience.

Everything terrible. Even a panhandler in lobby and parking lot Check out some of the photos could have taken more but it seemed like I could have done that’s all day. Clearly the owner does not care about the hotel as a lot of the issues were just neglect

I was given keys for room 122 I immediately went back to the front desk and requested a new room the linen I'm the room was soiled I took pictures so I was given another room 102 and this room had the same issues and the carpet was dirty I asked for fresh linen I was given a blanket from the dryer with stains too I asked for a vacuum I knew she'd say I'll come by she gave me the vacuum to clean my own room I'm so never staying at a Baymont hotel this was ridiculous

The staff was very friendly, and our rooms smelled clean with clean comfortable bedding. The bathroom light fixture cover fell on me while showering (light plastic so it didn't hurt) and there was a brown water stain ring in the bottom of the tub. Otherwise, our stay was comfortable. Ac and heat worked just fine.

I had called & complain about the shower situation & both times I didn’t get much help. Then I had employee speak to me rudely won’t be coming here again.

Pros: The front desk personnel were helpful and friendly. The bed was comfortable and the hotel was quiet. There were a number of nearby restaurants for food options. The breakfast included waffles, cereal, bagels, yogurt and muffins. Cons: This is a hotel needing a renovation yesterday! This place is very dated & the rooms are pretty worn out. Our room was quite dirty ( particularly the floors & the walls ) and the shower didn’t work.
