This hotel had no water pressure. Could barely get my shampoo out of my hair, took a super long time as water was drips coming out of the shower head. There was also a noticeable water leak in the entrance area-and confirmed leak by the front desk staff, but looked like nothing was being done about it. They also left the coffee liquid creamer out -my husband noticed it still being left on the counter at night from the morning. They charged me more for incidentals than they told me they were going to charge. Said 40 (10 per night for parking) and 75 for pet. My card was charged 180.00 and an additional 12.00. I called the hotel and the lady said “it’s incidentals and it will be put back in ur account after such and such business dats! This is not acceptable. I have bills to pay and this is going to cause a 50.00 late fee for my mortgage payment! They just nickel and dime anything they please without my approval or knowledge on my debit card! If I had known in advanced how much, I could have put partial incidentals on my credit card! Very unprofessional and bad experience for a Marriott hotel, could also use a remodel. Shouldn’t be hiring lazy people who don’t know what they’re doing. Won’t be back

Check was quick and easy. The room was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. Breakfast was hot and delicious. Every staff member we encountered was very friendly and hospitable. Only thing missing was a laundry area. But will definitely stay again!
