I recently had the pleasure of staying at Pulai Springs Resort, and it was truly a memorable experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with warmth and exceptional hospitality, making us feel right at home.
The resort offers a wide array of fantastic amenities that really made our stay stand out. The pools were pristine, and there was a perfect blend of relaxing spaces and fun activities. The fitness center had state-of-the-art equipment, which was great for staying active during our stay.

Well maintained overall. Comfortable beds, easy to use room amenities. Some water stains on amenities and had to call housekeeping to replenish things on second night. Gym facilities were quite used and shaky. Swimming pool looks clean for kids. Hotel location looks suburban hence away from hustle of city.

Been in this hotel for second time b4 covid with my family. All is good. Second time check in with my family. As usual they don’t maintain e hotel. Room i take is 2 bedrooms big n spacious clean. Still ok. Toilet ok but a bit of smell. Swimming pool under maintenance so disappointed for my kids. Breakfast noting much just fried noddle and fried rice. Porridge. Definitely not coming back here agian

The overall experience was good but there were a few hiccups. First off, the customer service wasn't exactly on point. Since it’s a self check-in setup, I expected them to reach out with the check-in details, but nope, nothing. I had to chase them down myself on the day of the staycation. Sent a message, but the response was slow, ended up having to call them directly. Even then, the check-in instructions didn’t come right away, despite them saying they’d send it over quickly. I had to follow up again before they finally sent it over. It was honestly a bit of a hassle. Second off, the cleanliness was a total letdown. The living room had sunflower seeds all over likely the leftovers from whoever stayed before. It’s definitely a hygiene issue. However, the rest of the place was actually pretty decent. The bedroom was cozy and the bathroom was spotless. Plus, the location was super convenient and the overall vibe of the place was really nice once you settled in. It definitely had potential to be great if the small stuff like customer service and cleanliness got sorted out.

Hotel room is clean and met my expectation, receptionist were helpful too and basic amenities were there. However one minus point is the location, kind of far from ciq and surrounding don't really have happening or fun places to eat or chill. Nearest mall is aeon which if walking take around 30 mins, overall hotel wise is good.

Many eatery shops around this area, traffic flows very smooth. Recommended to stay at this hotel.

Hotel has water dispenser, so free water.
BUT ventilation is not isolated and ****** was smoking in toilet next door that blew into our room.
Hotel staff stopped them but room still smell of smoke for rest of night.

GGuest UserOverall good bargain for their price point, and fully digitalised check in and check out system. Quite far off from the woodlands causeway and the drive to the hotel is rather dangerous at night. Careful drivers only please!
Room is considerably clean but do not believe in windows room, because absolutely no sunlight streams in from it (fake windows). Soundproofing was terrible and we totally could hear what our neighbours were talking about through the night, so if you’re looking for a quiet soundproof room you might want to try elsewhere. Although some efforts were made to prevent falls (like putting up a sign that says floor is slippery, mind you the floor was really smooth and slippery like my mirror at home), but may I suggest for some anti-slip mat/ anti-slip solution treatment, or simply some grab bars installed to prevent someone from head injury after losing their balance.

MM. SubramaniamAttended a wedding near Skudai Johor and decided to put up a night after the event. The check-in was quick enough though I came at around 11.00pm. Booked a superior triple room which came with a queen bed and a single bed. Plus point, though a small capacity room, it had three clean towels and bathroom amenities such as three toothbrushes. The hotel occupies part of the shop lot but did not fail to provide a security guard for the parked cars of the hotel guests.
