Pros:
- Cheap for solo travel
- Surrounding area has some restaurants and convenience store
- Friendly staff, can understand English
- Big bathroom
- Near to JB checkpoint (approx. 10 min drive)
Cons:
- Dirty TV remote, don't even dare to touch with my bare hands
- Bathroom walls have smoke stains
- Room walls are dirty and have bubbles
- Room feels stuffy especially without air con
- Far away from stuff you normally go to in JB (e.g. Taman mount Austin, mid valley, etc)

Very near to the city just an 10min driving distance. Downstairs many F&B shops, Some more have convenience stores also. Many parking as well and Hotel staff are very kind & helpful. Important the price is reasonable~

Good service from housekeeping & front office. But rooms are real dirty, lots of dust upon check in. Towels are dirty, toilet also need to scrub because quite dirty walls. Aircond 16 but not cold enough. Bedsheet and pillow case are yellow. Only the lobby are well maintained, the rooms need much more cleaning.

Dirty room floor. Dusty sheets. Friendly staff. Easy check in and check out. Provide a deposit of RM50 for the depot. The hotel area has many restaurants, there is a laundry next to the hotel, a pharmacy and a clinic.
