Wi-Fi doesn't work, the sink in the bathroom is broken, the TV doesn't work, the air conditioner is blowing towards the bed, there is no elevator, you have to climb the stairs

The was 1 level down from main entrance. But they call it level 1. The room has a strong sewage smell.Especially in the toilet. Room window is facing carpark for visitors. Noisy when car is parking and when people walk past the window.
Pillow case was smelly. Had to request for a change.
