It’s abit noisy due to the KTV, and there’s random firework set off at 3am. Otherwise the location is great with many food choices around.

The room is quiet and clean. Downstairs is a street for eating, drinking and having fun, which is very convenient.

Staff were friendly and check-in was quick. Wi-Fi was strong and reliable. There’s no in-house dining, but plenty of food options nearby, which was convenient.
The hotel is in a strategic location, close to shops and eateries.

Stayed at Hako Hotel for 2D1N,
Receptionist unfriendly. Room still alright, however maintenance is not there. Can tell that the room is starting to ware out. Parking extremely hard as well as beware of double park. Might block your car from exiting.
Just that this hotel is located in the heart of mount austin.
