Overall 2/5 experience for the price.
Pros:
I like the lobby decor and the service was quite good. Shoutout to the guy who sprayed air freshner in my room because it smelled stale and the aircon guy who fixed our hot room at 12.30.
Cons:
The room was initially REALLY hot and stale. Had to ask a guy to fix at night and took half an hour. Paintjob in the room is offputting. Colors are not tasteful and the job is very sloppy. A lot of peeling paint, painted over plugs furniture, cracks in the tiles and lamps. We also had to wait 30-40 mins just to get breakfast as the queue was very long (small restaurant). Food was ok at best and selection was very small. For a so called 5 star hotel I expected so much more. Paid half for an airbnb and got so much better experience…
Conclusion: Would not recommend, would not stay again

The toilet door, need to change. Prefer the normal door/ slide. Toilet not with hose. Not suitable for family with child
