Nice place ...location at centre point easy go to anywhere from the hotel. Best choice at this hotel...love it.

We stayed 4 nights at the newly renovated rooms. Hotel room was clean. The shower tap wasn't working in one of our rooms. Water will splash out everywhere from the tap and cause the entire floor to be flooded whenever we turn on the shower. Provided feedback to the front desk and requested for a shower curtain on the 2nd day but nothing was done. After going to the reception the 3rd time, the maintenance personnel finally came to check and informed us that the issue could not be fixed on the spot. He mentioned he will let reception know to give me a new room and that I did not have to do anything else. Well, nothing happened and I'm too tired to really bother since I'm here with 3 kids. Breakfast was ok but seems like they are quite short staffed. Maybe I'm too soft-spoken so they didn't take me seriously

Booked a King room, was an old (not the refurbished rooms) room on the 12th floor. Basic furnishing that look aged.
There is a bathtub for shower, but without a curtain thus the entire toilet gets wet with puddles each time.
At least the room was clean with a pleasant smell.
Had expected more for a 5 star hotel.
