A nice 4 star hotel near to all the amenities that JB has to offer. Room is compact at best but the oool area and the breakfast makes up for it. Carpark is also secure and foc for guests with multiple exits per day.

Housekeeping issues: We discovered food crumbs under the bed, indicating a lack of thorough cleaning.
Bathroom amenities: The rain shower head was present, but there was no handheld shower head, which made showering inconvenient.
Kids' pool cleanliness: The children's swimming pool was found to have fecal matter (poops), and while a cleaner attempted to address it, they did so by only using a water vacuum without draining and cleaning the pool, raising concerns about hygiene.
Adult pool cleanliness: The adult swimming pool also contained food debris, suggesting general issues with pool maintenance.

Walking distance to mid valley shopping mall . You can also drive to mid valley shopping mall easily as it is just opposite the Opero hotel. The gym also 24 hours fitness and it will be good for people who want to go gym anytime . Morning buffet price is RM 85 and feel not really worth it as they did not replenish some of the food when the food finish.

Room is clean and tidy. Location is excellent, a short throw away from Mid Valley Southkey. Feeder service is provided hourly.

The toliet is not maintained very well, the shower and shampoo holder just dropped when barely using. The toliet also had some stains on the floor. But the housekeeping staff are friendly and they greet you at the corridoor when they see you. The shuttle bus is so limited and need to book in advance.. nothing much near the hotel unless you walk to mid valley mall.

The accommodation provided a comfortable stay; however, there was an issue with the shower tub drainage system causing frequent flooding after just 3-5 minutes of use. This may not be ideal for travelers seeking a more thorough shower experience.
