The hotel is near perfect. Ample breakfast choice. Near shopping mall and other restaurant. Gym is big and open 24 hours. Thats a plus. And free parking.

The cleanliness and we stayed during the Ramadan season. Therefore, the food spread for buffet and sahur is good and there's lots of variety to choose from.
In fact, that was 2nd second time that we booked to stay during the same Ramadan period when we repeat our visit to JB that month.
Definitely will consider Opera hotel again 🤩

3rd time staying in this hotel, says a lot. It has always been clean with good facilities, with just a 5 minute walk to Midvalley Southkey. The room is comfortable and I've always enjoyed my stay in this hotel.

Friendly staff, comfortable rooms and good selection for breakfast. Food was pretty good too. Free shuttle every hour to midvalley. Check in was fast and seamless. Good and bad that they're strict about the 12pm check out time, depends on how you look at it.

Overall, the stay was pleasant, and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, I noticed that the ventilation at the lobby café could be improved. The air felt quite still and warm, especially during peak hours, which made the environment slightly uncomfortable for dining or relaxing. Enhancing airflow or adjusting the air conditioning system would definitely improve the guest experience in that area.

The breakfast is awesome !!!!!!! Spent 1 and half hour (8:30-10am) to taste all their food, my next meal was around 2pm
