Next to JB City Square. Great location, second stay. One of few hotels of this price to have fridge in room. However at check in, staff at counter failed to tell us that we must be clean room card at the door in order for our room to be cleaned so we had a rude shock to see our room in the condition we left it. That said, They were quick to attend to us with clean bins and towels when we called.

The location of the hotel is great, near CIQ and shopping malls. Very professional and helpful staff, especially Putera 👍🏻 at the reception. Security uncle also helpful. Room is clean, good for short stays

We love this hotel.. this is the closest hotel you could get from jb custom circa 5mins walk. It is literally located next to ct square mall. You need not to spend for a cab, only few steps away. With reasonale price and breakfast, too!

Very good location with lots of amenities in the vicinity, including City Square shopping mall, a 24-hr Indian Muslim eatery and many cafes and restaurants. Staff are polite and accommodating. The room is small and simple but furnished with all the essentials required for a comfortable stay, including a mini fridge, kettle, cups, hairdryer, toothbrush and toiletries.

This hotel cannot be classified as 4-star hotel, as there are not enough facilities. The room was depressingly small. The only good point of the hotel is its location, being next to a shopping mall, and proximity to ICQ and Bus Station, and Johor Sentral.

I stay at this hotel every time I come to JB. I am completely satisfied with the service and location. The wifi connection is also very stable and good.

Citrus Hotel is conveniently located near JB Sentral, and the prices are reasonable. The staff was superb. During checkout, I accidentally left my wallet in the room. An hour later, I realized it and quickly returned to the hotel. I approached the receptionist, and thankfully, I got my wallet back without any issues. Thank you, Citrus Hotel!

Is a simple hotel..for resting and sleep should be fine. There is no window. The toilet is spacious, but the door no latch, and there is gap. So fell unsure and no privacy 🫣Location wise is gd just opposite City Sq and Kotmar. At night we went to Pasar Karat. We just stay 1night with breakfast. Buffet breakfast average only..not so much variety of choice. But still ok☺️

Pay $10 more and sleep in a suite. All day long sandwiches, fried noodles, and watermelon. Separate executive lounge on the first floor. Shopping mall right next door. Very satisfied.

Hotel looks newly renovated which helps. Reception is friendly and helpful. Room is clean and sufficient for family stay. No gym available. Location of hotel is excellent with City Square just across the street which brings all the convenience and options of dining. Will definitely consider this hotel for return visit in future.
