Room & toilet : good cleanliness with super strong water pressure. Chiller, toileteries, drinking water, room slipper, some sachet coffee & tea provided. Ample space for luggage.
You may request extra pillow as well without any charge. Breakfast is good with all staff whom very helpful. Egg station available. The only downside is no parking space available, you may need to park either inside mall / outside open parking space and have to walk back to hotel.

Room so hot, like sleep in sauna. Management cannot do anything. $80-$90 dollar for this hotel. Don’t waste your money

Selected wrong date,cancelled but due to 3rd party slow response unable to get any refund,try to change date the next day but unable to as also due to late reply.No stay bit still paid.

This hotel is close to JB Sentral Station, making it a great choice for those traveling to Kuala Lumpur by train. The room was relatively clean, the refrigerator was cold, and it was a pretty good room. However, there was a lot of hair in the shower, which was disappointing. I also wish there were tissues in the room.
