Great location as it is near the custom. The area is also full of eateries and very convenient to buy foods, with alot of 24H convenience stores. The staff are super helpfu;, friendly and the hotel and rooms are very clean, well maintained. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great food and shopping at city square mall

The room is clean and the staff are friendly. This hotel quite near with the mall and jb sentral. Walkable to both place. Will stay here again if i need to go to sg the next day!

Amazing stay!
Super near to the mall so the ease of finding food and other amenities is great! The staff are super friendly and accommodating especially the doorman/security guard! Even the staff in-charge for breakfast was super nice! Love everything about this hotel will definitely book again!
Room is very clean.
AC is very strong too!
