KSL Hotel & Resort

The day we have to wait long for check in. On the same day we also paid to have late chk out at 6pm. We found ants in the bathroom, bed n tables. There are some defects below the coffee table n the bathroom. I forgot to inform at the counter, their fridge is completely not working. Went to request to change room n they took long time to do our request. From 7am want to change room, they said they need manager to do it n their will come in at 9am. We waited to 10am. They inform will let us know but they never reply so we went down again at 1pm n finally allowed us to change the room. We told them we r hungry, we go lunch first n then come back to change room n they said can't n must do it immediately. We are so hungry. No choice we have to change room n then go for lunch Today is late check out at 6pm. Around 2pm, the housekeeping knock or press our room doorbell like going to tear down our hotel room door. At that time, we r sleeping as we slept late n playing mobile legend. Inform the reception at 4pm. About the hsekeeping, they can't answer us. Btw, the phones in the room is completely not working. No point of calling them n U can only WHATs APP them. U call using what's app but it no one picked up n they said they are busy at the counter. Both rooms fridge is completely not working at all ANTS alot n crawling around This trip we are disappointed about the room n services

The bed was really large & soft only the toilet emitted a bad smell

Good deal, excellent breakfast. Counter staff allow check in at twelve noon. Plenty of car park lots.

Stayed many times at this hotel. Great location however rooms are ageing. Still a nice place to stay

Standard drop , poor reception. , not friendly , did not comply to customer requesr , just do what they like ..Room air con not cold , request for services , no one response , got to go down reception to ask for it ., TV wifi weak affected neflix movie , keep circulating , very frustrating .  Pillow very flat , give 2 pillows also no use , need to keep adjusting the position of the pillow to sleep , very disturbing .  the next day here ache and there ache , esp the head . Not comfortable at all .  I  will not recommend to others .  Hope this feedback can help to improve the services ..
