Thankful to be giving connecting room and high floor as per request. Just a minor issues were a used towel was hanged behind the bathroom door. And the gym equipment shld be updated or maintain.
Hoping security of the basement carpark should be tight and safer as car got scratched overnight park there😭.

The check-in process needs to improve. Either they cannot find the booking or ask to pay tourism tax which is already included in the booking. Check-in took more than 30 mins.

Second time visit. Location near KSL. Monday night market just outside hotel. Friendly staff. Free breakfast. The room is clean. Will visit again.

Everything is perfect…staffs were helpful…clean but the only thing is in future …please don’t put us in the room that was near the elevator as it was very noisy when the elevator is moving…our room is 1623 which was next to the lift..🙄🙄😎🙏
