Check in time only at 3pm ,and we are given note that tomorow check out is 12noon.same excuses by hotel,room water bathtub recede very slowly making noise.
Prices keep increasing,
Buffet is good breakfast,but staff no hospitality could improve on this,clear plates faster.

I made a separate booking for the second night, and the receptionist kindly arranged for me to stay in the same room, so I didn’t have to move. When she asked, I mentioned that the room needed to be made up, and she said housekeeping would handle it around 10am. However, when we returned after 12pm, the room was still not cleaned. When we asked the housekeeper, they said they thought we were checking out and didn’t know we were staying another night.

また部屋の隅々は、埃だらけ、二日目の清掃は、夕食前と大変遅い時間にきたりと人が足りていないのか、とても不快な気持ちになりました。

Great stay and it’s walking distance to KSL. This is a better hotel than KSL with big room. The pool is not big but good enough if it’s not crowded. Overall we had a good time and we will be back for sure. Thanks everyone! ☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️

checked in late at 11++pm, process was smooth. rooms may be dated but they certainly are spacious. basic toiletries, kettle, coffee/tea sachets provided. location is superb, walking distance to ksl. would stay again!
