Poor maintenance of the room
1. Air con too cold and cannot set the temperature high or low.
2 Toilet shower tap spoilt as when you adjust higher it gives a drilling sound or like a motor bike passing by.
3. Toilet exhaust fan very noisy.
4. Only good is the friendly reception staff & maintenance technician who came promptly to solve whatever problems we face.
5. Request for face towel & was told to pay for RM$10 per piece.
