The hotel was clean and the location was great. Directly opposite komtar and walkable to city square. There is a haidilao downstairs too. Room was spacious and clean and service was great. Breakfast buffet was good too. Would definitely stay here again.

Okay. Not luxurious enough to be a 5-star hotel. The room was okay, not bad, but the windows were quite dirty. The staff were very friendly.
The location was great, right in front of KOMTAR, so it was very convenient. By the way, I also had afternoon tea, but the cafe was not luxurious at all, just an ordinary shop, and the taste was not good at all. It also contained a lot of additives. If you are going to pay 55 RM per person for this, you should go for a better meal.

Great hotel with good location. Just next to City Square Mall and Komtar JBCC so lots of choices to shop and have our meals. Hai Di Lao is just below so we went there for dinner as prices were cheaper than Singapore Hai Di Lao but quality the same. Hotel room facilities were great and clean. Moring breakfast buffet was very good, both in terms of spread and quality of food. Generally, price was also reasonable so will definitely consider staying here again in the future

Definitely 5 star location, just opposite Komtar JBCC and City Square Mall. Taking a Grab to Mid Valley South key takes just 10 mins.
Breakfast buffet is above average, not as good as what many reviewers claimed. No fresh orange juice, replaced by cordial instead. Spread is fine but not exciting.
Room seems pretty dated. Would be good if can be brighter. The aircon is a hassle. Intermittent hot and cold. I woke up in the middle of the night perspiring on both nights. And there is this creaking sound coming out of the aircon vent on the first night.
Pillow is soft, but way too soft for my family's liking.
All in all, I would rate this a 7 out of 10.
