The overall feeling is good, especially the breakfast has a wide variety of categories. The location is excellent, and it is convenient to shop in large shopping malls and supermarkets around. I highly recommend it. The front desk supervisor speaks Chinese and has a good attitude. He is good at communication and problem solving.

Location is close to the checkpoint, however need to cross traffic light all the time from Komtar. Heavy traffic at that area.
Service and amenities are good. Staff provided full set of metal cutlery upon request, a nice surprise from the usual plastics/wooden cutlery

A very convenient place in the city center. There is a place to eat opposite the hotel. There are also live music at night. It is a relatively satisfactory stay. The front desk clerk is super good and helped me exchange RMB. Hahaha, thank you 🙏
