Very satisfied staying here.. there is delicious and halal food (steamed fish is the best) next to the hotel, there is a seven eleven.. barber shop, car wash, mall across from the hotel..

A short getaway with my family of 4. This is my second time staying in this hotel. This time we stayed in Amerin suite. Room is very big with two separate bedroom. Both room has attached bathroom. One of it has a big bathtub & a separate shower. Free breakfast buffet provided. Wide selection of food to choose from. Location is just next to Perling Mall. Paradigm Mall is a few km away. Will definitely return to this hotel.

Was given a room with faulty leaking aircon, tried to call front desk via room phone but cannot dial through (throughout the 2 days cannot dial through front desk at all). Then I have to physically walk down to lobby to call for help to repair aircon.
Bedsheet not clean, stains. Don’t allow check in before 3pm.
Overall bed experience, totally not recommended.

Room and bathroom were spacious, but I honestly feel those 2 aspects were to only positive attributes of my stay. Some issues I faced were:
1. Stains and hairs on my bed sheets and pillow cases.I did ask for all to be changed, however it seems that there are stains even on new sheets so I guess that can't be helped.
2. Cleanliness. Found a tissue on the floor of my room when I first checked in, so that made me question whether or not the housekeeping staff did a thorough job.
3. Breakfast selection. Really quite a pathetic and miserable variety of food served in my personal opinion so it might be best to venture out for meals.
