Hotel room was clean and located next to KSL. Unfortunately the walls were hollow so you could hear noises coming from other rooms as well as the hallway

Location is perfect, just beside KSL mall and many eateries behind the hotel.
Staff are polite and helpful. They do allowed luggage storage after check out so that you can still spend a few hours out shopping or waiting on your transport.
Room is clean, however the phone in the room was not working, so can't make phone call for room service, in the end got to go down to lobby to place in order. The breakfast buffet is decent, but do not have many choices. So you might just want to have some quick bites and then go find better foods which are just behind the hotel.

Every thing was great however the gym n pool is only able from 7am till 12pm and close till 2pm . 2pm to 10pm . Reason close is for hygiene maintenance every day 12pm to 2pm.

We had a pleasant 3d2n stay at Holiday Villa. Service was impeccable and room was clean and spacious. Good buffet breakfast spread with rotation during our stay. Strategic location, near to KSL with many eateries and massage parlours around the vicinity. Will definitely be back again.

Requested to pay Rm100 as deposit & was a bit stunned. Other hotels have already stopped collecting deposit these few years. Cant figure out why Holiday Villa is still doing that. Room is spacious & view is fantastic. There are more TV channels than neighbouring hotels, it is a plus point. However, we really hate the rain shower.🤨
