My booking was "upgraded" to another hotel in which i missed out the msg / email. So I arrived at the hotel (at 4.30pm on 16 May) tht i booked and I went to the counter. 2 front desk service officers were on duty. The guy asked for my name and tried to check for my booking. He cant find my booking and realized i shd be at the other building.
Here's when the issue came..
Since I was not aware of the change, I politely asked why wasn't I informed and why the change?
This guy (his name is Ryan) completely ignored me. he just stared at his computer. I have no idea if he can't hear me but I asked again and he kept quiet. Till his female colleague helped me answer, saying that they have informed via Trip.com msg.
I was disappointed by that guy's response.
Went to the other building.
Service was okay. Hotel and room was clean.
But the walls are thin. I can hear when people are walking. The tv remote cant work. There is no toulet paper. Abit disappointing for the price that i paid for the room. And there's no space to park a motorbike.
