Book the Deluxe Double Room. The room was supposed to be bigger and should have a sofa same like the photo. But we were given a normal room.
We have always come to this hotel whenever we are in JB and this is not the first time we were here. Thus we know the difference for the type of rooms and the sizes.
But the service person gave us a normal double room instead of the Deluxe double room. When we came down to ask, the person mentioned that they have removed the sofa in Deluxe Double rooms as the conditions were not good.
This is straight ********. Even if you removed the sofa, the size of the room doesn’t change.
If you’re changing the Deluxe room to a normal room, you should have updated the photos in this app. And what’s the difference between booking the Deluxe and Normal one then?? Pay extra but get the same thing??
To new customers, please be aware and don’t let yourself get scammed. Really disappointed this time!

It is a basic budget hotel with excellent location. Though it is old, overall it is clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly.
There is a water dispenser and fridge on the ground floor.
