I booked this hotel because the hotel I was staying at before went out of business.
The location was close to JB Sentral and City Mall, and there were many restaurants and convenience stores nearby, so it was very convenient.
However, the bed was too soft and I couldn't get a good night's sleep, which was a shame.

Worst bed mattress I ever slept. The mattress is too soft and sunk my body on the mattress. Had a terrible sprained back after sleeping for a few hours. I booked the hotel for 2 days but left early in the morning and checked into another hotel. My family member also had terrible backache after sleeping. The coffee cups are stained, and the bathroom sink is poorly maintained. Poor wall insulation and had disturbing noises throughout the night. I will never ever book this hotel again.
Outside the hotel entrance is filled with urine stench due to beggars sleeping outside. Poor hygiene facility management.

Booked the hotel based on good reviews, but I seriously doubt if those reviews are genuine. Room condition is not good, old, dirty and smelly. DO NOT trust those reviews.

A bit old but nice and clean hotel, all kinds of restaurants opposite the hotel，10 minutes walk to the nearest mall.
