샴푸도 없고 샤워젤도 조금 남아있고, 늦게 체크인 한다고 40링깃 추가로 지불하고, 보증금은 100달러나 받았다. 청소 상태도 지저분하고, 문의에 대한 답변도 너무 늦다.. 위치가 편한거 외에는 관리가 너무 안되는 숙소였다.

Highly not recommended! The hygiene is very poor, the bed sheets and quilt covers are particularly dirty, and it feels like there are small bugs. The sound insulation is also very poor, and when I asked if there were other vacancies, I simply replied that there were none. It's still an electric water heater. It takes 15 minutes for one person to heat the water after taking a shower before the next person can use it.
I can understand that there is no front desk, but the reply to the message is also not timely. After arriving, I waited for a while downstairs before someone came to check in and enter the building. When checking out, I informed the check-out time in advance, but I didn't check out on time.

Apartment is brand new near the border between Singapore and Johore Bahru where we can walk to the CIQ from the apartment. Foods and drinks plus grocery are easily accessible. Location is considered quite a long way to town. Sometimes during holiday periods, rush hours and weekends, you can hit traffic jam around the highway near the apartment . The apartment is very well decorated with smart TV, washing machine, clean and suitable for family to stay as it has plenty of room in the lounge area to move about.

Place was well managed with facilities suitable for family holidays. Good swimming pool including one for children and other recreational facilities. Staff was very polite. Overall we enjoyed our stay there.
