The location of the place is good , just opposite Komtar JBCC via Zenith . Really convenient . The service provide by the staff is good too. It my second time stay at this place . Never try the buffet breakfast as there are a number eateries around this hotel .

Worst nightmare. Arrived at 1am and was told no room for my “Confirmed” reservation with dgaf attitude staff, put down my passport and ask me to go find my own solution, contact Trip.com on my own to solve his problem. What he do is sit back relax. Think twice before you book, it seems to be their strategy to overbook their inventory and ask customers to find their own solution.

1. Service and maintenance staff very helpful.
2. Room given #2912, first second locked and service was quick to unlock upon phone call.
3. Toilet hair and body lotion not top-up upon check-in, top-up upon request.
4. Common room air con leaking and was given room #2712.
5. Common toilet shower drainage slow drainage, maintenance was quick to resolve choke.
6. Master room water heater not working well on second day, didn't inform as we use common toilet for shower.
7. So sorry didn't take pictures.

This was my 4th time staying at Shama and I must say it was the worst one I had. The aircon in the 2 bedrooms auto turned off and on and room was always warm. It happened for a few times and in the end the airon could not switch on. In the end, no choice we had to report this issue to the counter staff. That was like 9+pm in the night. Mechanic came to check but could not remedy the aircon. In the end, we got to change to another room and it was so inconvenient. At 10+pm we had to repack our baggages and repack. The aircon in the new unit was better. At least the 2 bedrooms can be cooling. However, the aircon in the living room can auto shut off at night! I wonder is it to save elecricity by the hotel (central control). It was a great disappointment for paying a high price for such amenities. Oh yes, ants were found in the toilet table top. This time round the stay was so unpleasant. I felt that Shama did not maintain and upkeep their amenities and everthing seemed so run down.

飯店地理位置優越
離海關處步行可達的距離
另外還有兩三個購物中心可以逛
飯店正下方還有海底撈
所以半夜也是有不錯的選擇
另外飯店房間非常寬敞
設施一應俱全
稍微可惜的是 沒有浴缸可以泡澡
另外水壓也稍顯不夠
除此之外的缺點就是 靠近廚房.冰箱及流理台的周圍有看見一兩隻小蟑螂..

The room looked very clean. But there is an issue with the bed and sofa. I suspect there are mites. I ended with a very bad allergic reaction. Itching all over. My mil saw a cockaroch on her bed. She too was red and scratching her body. She had another room. I won't go back because my allergy is really bad after staying there.
