The only good thing about this accommodation is that it’s very centrally located and parking isn’t a problem.
Stayed here two years ago and the property was well maintained and the host was responsive and attentive. On this trip I had to chase for the check in information numerous times. I received no check out information so deposited the key using instructions from two years ago.
Worse was blood stains on the bed covers, mosquitoes and ants. Not great and pretty run down property.

Don't book it. After placing the order and arriving at the place, the front desk said there were no rooms. I was drunk. It was late at night. Fortunately, there was a hotel nearby, otherwise I would have to sleep on the street.

Apartment was very clean is about the only positive thing.
Negative thing:
- check in information provided only when we reached the property. owner's response prior is terrible and you need to "treasure hunt" for information / certain function about the house. E.g. you need a remote control for the room light.
- Many of the stuff in the house is not working: TV / Balcony lock / Balcony window / living room light / Bathroom sink faucate was moving and was worry it will drop etc. (didn't test everything)
- address provided by the website is incorrect.
- apartment maintenance condition is pretty terrible. Can see moss growing outside the window in one of the room.
- not really suitable for family with young children due to "colourful" tenents
