I was worried because there weren't many reviews, but wow, it's the best! As soon as I entered, I was surprised by the size, the view, the cleanliness, and the bedding and amenities were all clean and I liked them. I hate bugs so much, especially ants... I asked the host in advance before coming in, but there was no need to do so because it was already so clean and there weren't any ants. It's the best for me who loves cleanliness!! I was satisfied with the beds and views in all three rooms. It was the best location for going over to Singapore the next day, and I used the pool, gym, and sauna very well!! I definitely plan to stay here next time!!^^

To the host:
Although R&F are closed to custom but the location are really inconvenient. By walking at least 20-30min even covered walkway. Less shop lot and local restaurant surrounding the stay.
Check-in instruction was unclear and mismatched the information with booking. Ultimately led me to wrong location and only found out there’s a mistake upon arrival. The network connection at the place are bad connectivity too. Spoiled the entire travel vibes by dragging the heavy luggage and caused inconvenience to traveller.
At the end only got sincere apologise by the host since they found the mistake upon arrival.
To Trip platform:
CS and duty manager lack of empathy. Robotic replies. Duty manager does not know how to write an apology letter and need me to teach how to storytelling and combine all info in one sentence. Just sent multiple messages to interrupt me in chat box . In order to resolve the issue they provided trip coin as compensation but less sincere attitude. Which I understand they only a worker not the boss.

Nice view of Aprtment. Across the sea is the Singapore. Also RTS link is in the view too. Newly built buildings and facility tip top condition. Also very convenient walk to JB immigration custom. Cover walkway in 20 mins arriving at the immigration building. There are security guards at each entrance 24 hours.

The place was just amazing! The location is perfect and the view is out of these world. The host was very accommodating and very quick in her replies. The check in was seamless and the place was easy to find. A lot of 24 hours shops nearby and in the mornings, there are shops to explore right near the vicinity. The house was clean and the place was really homely. The facilities was top notch! Looking forward to my next trip there already.
