Bad service. Stupid agent. Stupid management. Suppose check in 3pm. Delay to 3.40pm. Delay and asked to cancel till 4.35pm. So stupid arrangement. Their stupid excuses was room unable to clean. Ask to cancel last minit even i have paid full amount. Dont boon under this stupid management. Pls dont book under them. Called not answered. Not reply to whatsapp. Asked for a check in instruction, very hard to get untill 4.35pm you have to wait. NO TV NO WIFI NO PHONE LINE. Sooooo ******* irritating.!!!!

check-in around 7pm but room haven’t make up yet, no beddings, no pillow case, no towels.. No floor mats also, we walking on floor with wet feet. Aircon in one room not cool and shutting down many times.

This apartment is really badly built. The water doesn't go down when I take a shower. There is nothing. If you stay in a hotel of the same price, at least there is toilet paper. Oh. A very bad stay.

I originally booked a room with full sea view for two nights, but because I arrived very late, the room I booked was no longer available. I changed it to a three-room room with half sea view, and the equipment was relatively old. I had to walk around so late.
