十分推薦，尤其是準備在新山小住後步行過馬來西亞邊境關過到新加坡旅行的朋友。酒店是公寓式的，在富力開發的大型商住區“富力公主灣”。公寓樓通過連廊經一期室內商場可直抵去新加坡的連廊入口到達馬來西亞邊境關。酒店會通過微信羣提供各項及時服務，對一些路徑等問題甚至會以連續圖片的形式指點你，所以對衹會中文的國內旅行者十分友好。你衹續訂完房，按其提供的方式加微信即可。酒店臨柔佛海峽，晚上愜意悠然。設施齊全，住宿寬鬆，公寓安全也做得很好。自駕還提供車位。
