Staff was really nice and would help us by giving us the stuff we needed. Had problems with out room card and they solved it eventhough it was around 12 am ! Room was clean

I had the pleasure of staying at Fives Hotel Meldrum. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming and efficient, ensuring that check-in was quick and easy. I arrived early due to some roadblock, room was not ready by the time I arrived but staff make sure that the room will be ready as early as possible.
The room itself was a good size, with a comfortable queen-sized bed that provided a restful night’s sleep after a long day of events. The room was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed.

1. Waited 30 minutes for check-in, and the staff was quite rude and had a bad attitude.
2. There was no refrigerator in the room, it was so hot
3. We were moved to another room, but it was late, and there was a refrigerator, but it was broken. It was a scam. It was late, and there was no other way, so we had to make do with it. The cold drinks we bought in the convenience store were not cold
4. There was a large-scale construction next to this building, with clanging, pounding, buzzing, and electric sawing sounds. There was also a construction site opposite, and they tricked customers through Ctrip. There was also a road repair nearby.

Location near to JB Central. A budget hotel but clean and great hospitality from the staff. Water is good, AC also good. The bathroom is small and compact, but clean. Overall is very value money,

Looks quite a new hotel, clean and spacious. Despite the sound proof abit noisy as we can hear the ppl talking and blowing hair next door. Overall quite a decent hotel.

Booked it for a stay at JB and it’s near princess cove RF. Abit hard to find at first but you’ll get used to it. Good for a one night stay. Seems like it’s newly renovated. Breakfast is not bad
