2nd time staying here. The room was bigger than before and it was comfortable. Clean and location is good. The noise from construction doesn't really bother me that much. I could still sleep in peace

Conveniently located near the Johor/Singapore customs. R&F mall is just a 3-5mins walk away. Rooms were clean. Front desk staff, security guards were all very friendly and welcoming. Price is acceptable.

Clean and new hotel, no breakfast. Location is good but obstruction due to nearby on-going RTS construction. Comfortable stay overall, smart TV with Netflix.

The room doesn’t has window. Toilet doesn’t has shower screen glass only has shower curtain and the area for shower is super small.

The room is clean and close to CIQ/CIQ Square, R&F Plaza, etc. It is a relatively cost-effective hotel in JB and I will stay there again if I have the chance.

A very nice ada clean hotel. Everything was great.
Maybe for a while a construction that’s been happening nearby hotels causing roadblocks.
But doesn’t affected your night.
