Quiet neighborhood. Easy access to I 25, Loveland, Estes Park, Greeley and Rocky Mountain National Park. Halfway between Denver and Cheyenne. Convenient to the Colorado’s first Buc-ee’s, Candlelight Dinner Theater, Dreams & Dragonflies Event Center, Blue Arena formerly BudweiserEvents.
THE SPACE: One bedroom with king bed, private bath and separate entrance from the walk out basement. In addition, there is a kitchenette, television area and a workstation.
GUEST ACCESS: The entire lower level is yours alone. We live upstairs and you are more than welcome to join us.
NOTES: Please park on the far right side of the driveway. There are 2 sets of stairs to enter the suite. Complimentary Keurig coffee, tea, cocoa. Laundry available for 5 or more nights only. 2 loads max. Happy Space
It is much larger than the pictures show. The neighbor butts up to a large farm giving a small town feel. the renters are amazing and they have made it very comfortable with a happy vibe with the decor. it feels like home, and i slept like a baby there. its perfect

Comfy Hub
This property was very comfortable, roomy, well decorated and furnished and private. We used it for a couple of days of activities in the Longmont, Loveland, and Windsor areas.
We biked on a couple of beautiful trails and were able to safely and easily store our bikes in the back yard.
