Comfort Suites Johnson City Near University

If you’re working on a road crew or just need a place to sleep, this place is for you. This place is old, rundown, and very poorly maintained. The pool was green when we were there. We asked them to clean our room and they didn’t do it for two days. There was actually garbage piling up in the hallway in front of the room across from us. Additionally, my room key NEVER worked. I had to get it re-programmed every time we left the room. The best thing they could do with this dump is mow it down.

Lots of construction or some other kind of workers were staying there. A lot of talking in the hall.

It was my first time staying here at the comfort suites hotel and I absolutely loved it the check in process was easy and the front desk staff was so friendly I highly recommend staying here. Breakfast was amazing and the service was wonderful

Very nice, clean affordable place to stay. Front desk person name Nikki was very professional and very friendly. She went above & beyond to help me with my needs. Breakfast was one of the best I have seen in a while. Oatmeal, fruit, yogurt, pastries, bagels, English muffins, bread , bisect& gravy. Oh my!!

This hotel is disgusting and smelled heavy of smoke. Had to switch rooms when we first arrived due to smell of cigarettes. The beds are basically on the ground and extremely uncomfortable. For the price this hotel is unacceptable. Getting room service was extremely difficult. Even when I would request room service they wouldn’t change my sheets or vacuum just simply left me towels. I even took all the sheets off and set everything by the door, so they could easily change my bed. When I came back they had taken all my sheets, left me an empty bed with nothing, just a mattress, gross. And no vacuumed floor. When I went down stairs and explained the situation they gave me a pillow with no pillow case that had a hole in it and a singular sheet and expected me to be okay with that and sent me on my way saying that room service was closed. I am a paying customer? You can’t just leave customers with no bedding. Night time staff was friendly but the day time staff was passive aggressive and simply rude. Not professional behavior. I was very kind to them and still received attitude.
