No personal customer service here. Had to ask for shampoo and TP and bar soap 2nd day. Then i had to get it from front desk later in day, they forgot. No ice machines on any floor except the one on main floor, it was broken all weekend. They ran out of yogurt the 2nd morning at breakfast for the weekend. You can walk to Dunkin and a restaurant -bar. Beds were comfortable.

Stayed here twice within s week -- at the beginning and end of our trip to NY. Other than the wifi being a little spotty our stay was great!

The only ice machine onsite does not work. Even though the AC is set to 60, it is no way near that. The door sticks and takes an extra shove to get it closed. Even if it is only me, only one bath size towel? The shower had shampoo, conditioner, and lotion?? No body wash?
