Room had an unbearable scent of cigarettes. As a person with asthma causes painful breathing which is dangerous. Told the front desk. Since it’s sold out no room change available. Asked for help from housekeeping and was told they are gone for the day. Went to store and bought air deodorizes which did not help. Miserable experience

What are the one star reviews about? Fire alarm didn’t go off a Five am like John said. Service was great and we even got to have the pool to ourselves. It was almost impossible to get out of the shower because of how nice it was. So many options on breakfast and we even became friends with the employees because they were so friendly!

By far the best hotel stay ever. Greated by Serena when I checked. Each day I saw her she was amazing. Always friendly, asked how my stay was going, asked if I needed anything. Very attentive and personable. Jeremy I met the next day at breakfast. Very kind, nice, thoughtful, attentive. Both of them had such incredible customer service. Each day Jeremy welcomed guests at breakfast. Asked if I needed anything, how the food was. The staff really made you feel, the guests are most important. The comfort of the beds/pillows was dreamy. Beautiful, clean, quiet rooms. Housekeeping did a great job everyday of my stay. Any special request was taken care of with a smile. The indoor pool, heated. Clean area, fresh pool towels always available. Very large Wegmans a short walk from the hotel. A mall, shopping, restaurants, coffee shops all very close by. Easy on/off the highways in any direction. This was “I need a getaway stay”. This area is not quite 1.5 hours from where I live. I know that I will be back to getaway, get refreshed. The way the staff interacted with myself and other guests is the number ONE reason why. Thank you for really showing your customers are important.

The staff was fantastic! Extremely responsive when we had an issue with the bathroom. EXCELLENT breakfast - the food was really a lot better than I've had in some hotels and it was fresh and plentiful. Also, the Wegman's grocery store behind the hotel is HUGE and has lots of late night food options for hungry, traveling kids. The mall is across the street and there are lots of fast food options close by. Nice indoor pool. Great option for kids. Second time staying here and will be staying here again.

The staff at the front desk were very friendly. Breakfast was a small offering but fresh and satisfying. However, the mattress was old, saggy and lumpy. The pillows were full of hard lumps, and there was blood on the quilt under an open one-sided duvet. Blood was discovered at 11 pm and we were too tired to call the desk and wait for a clean duvet. Also king bed had queen top sheet. We understand it was graduation weekend so you were busy but since room rates were more than doubled for the two night stay care of the rooms was lacking.
