My short stay at Hilton Gardens Inn Atlanta North/ John's Creek was very good. The place was clean and the staff were friendly and professional. The location is great in that it is situated in the heart of several busy plazas and easy access to the main road. I highly recommend this hotel and do plan on staying again with my next business conference.

The hotel seemed to be under renovation and the main entrance was not accessible. I didn't hear any noise though. The room didn't have any basic amenities like slippers and disposable toothbrushes, except for a small bar of soap.

The room looked really nice when we entered it but there were a few things wrong with the room. First, the beds were horrible. (we had two Queens, and they were both uncomfortable). It's saying something that the pullout sofa was more comfortable than either bed (we had a suite). The air conditioner was extremely loud. Also, the toilet was more like for a kid than for an adult. It was very close to the ground. I went to the lobby at 11:00 to purchase a couple bottles of water and was shocked to see the lobby full of teenagers mulling around and being pretty loud. I give kudos to the hotel that they didn't put me on their floor! I have a non refundable reservation here on my birthday in September but I'm not going to stay here. I'll lose the $165.00 but I can't come back here.

I stayed at the hotel 31 May till 3 of June 2025. The are still 200 USD on my visa account. I already complained about this delay at the front desk when I checked out. They said the money would be refunded within two days. Now it's been three weeks.

It was very quiet everything was in walking distance. It has a microwave and a mini refrigerator in the room as well as a living room. Free breakfast I stayed from Sunday-Tuesday room was like $550 total plus $100 holding fee which I got back after check out. Lady at the bar was wonderful only thing I didn’t like the shower door would not stay close which is minor. Overall I would stay there again very affordable and breakfast was wonderful also
