Stayed at HOY on a business trip and found it to be an ideal choice. The room was immaculate, well-maintained, and featured a comfortable bed, spacious workspace, free Wi-Fi. The service is top notch. If not for the security features which are too manual esp for non driving guests. Should at least consider the smart cards option maybe. Otherwise it's a home away from home.

What you see is what you get and then some. The staff are so polite and keen to assist; the rooms are spacious and very clean; and the breakfast has quite some variety. The location is very central within the Sandton area which makes moving around pretty easy especially since they provide shuttle services to and from the Sandton city mall.

Excellent customer service, friendly staff, very neat and clean rooms. Nice and enjoyable food. I always enjoy my stay at City Lodge and I can recommend it to everyone. The environment is refreshing. The pool area is very clean. Security guys are doing a great job and I'm so impressed by the way they recognize us always when we arrive at the gate.

The check in process was very simple with super friendly staff. One guy stood out for me his name is ”Essential” he went out of his way to ensure that our stay was comfortable. The rooms were fairly clean and had a nice mini bar fridge. The downside was that they didn't have microwave ovens in the rooms, Essential sorted us out through the restaurant. The wifi login tends to be troublesome, I'd prefer they improve on that or find a simpler way to secure it and still allow flawless connecting.

We enjoyed two excellent nights at Indaba. Our family of three had a great time highlighted by eating at the Chief’s Boma twice. The breakfast has lots of options and the pool is a very relaxing space. The gym would benefit from a refresh but the friendliness and willingness to help from the staff was very pleasing.
