A very cozi and well located hotell Great food /super tasty

Buyelwa, Reagile, Xoliswa, Romeo, Maria and Lesego were incredible hosts and they were friendly and the food was fresh and it was enough

The waiters are awesome,big shout out to xoliswa she and her stuff are amazing The rooms are beautiful,clean and I must say the views are nice ,it’s quite peaceful

We had a great stay at Hyatt House Rosebank! The staff were incredibly friendly, warm, and accommodating. The rooms are simple, but spacious, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent—fresh options every morning, and I especially loved the cappuccinos. The exercise room suited our needs. The location is perfect and walkable, with a mall right next door for shopping or an easy bite. Short, easy rides to the main sights in Johannesburg. The area is also near well-reviewed bars and restaurants—we wished we had more time to try! Just a couple of small suggestions: it would be helpful to have a larger mirror outside the bathroom, so that two people can get ready at the same time. Also, there were no outlets in the bathroom for drying hair (may be a local custom, but worth noting for international travelers). Overall, a very comfortable stay with great service and a convenient location. Would definitely recommend and come back!

The staff are very nice and work hard but Hyatt can do so much better. We booked a king room. We were emailed a MONTH in advance asking if we wanted a king or two twins and replied we wanted a king. We got there and they had us in a twin room. The staff said that Hyatt corporate did not communicate to them what bed we wanted. Had to wait for close to an hour for them to get us a different room. They didn’t seem to have walkie talkies and had to send someone to found housekeeping to see if they could clean a room for us. Went to the restaurant for dinner and they were incredibly understaffed. The servers are also the ones who have to deliver room service, so they were constantly pulled in many directions. Again, I don’t blame the staff at all but we waited so long for food. The housekeeper did not have a cart? We needed hand soap and she had to go get some and came back with her hands full of items for us and other guests. Hyatt needs to hire more staff and communicate better with the hotel when they ask customers what their needs are. I would never go back and would not recommend (through no fault of the staff)
