This is my second time returning to the hotel after my first trip. They remembered my name as I arrived which shows great attention to detail with customer care. I upgraded to the suite for this particular visit and honestly it was a great decision. Look forward to visiting them again when I go back to South Africa in a year’s time.

The staff was terrible and the service was bad. They dont really share concern of their guests or at least to me. Mybe because im black not sure

We arrived very late at night for check-in, at the time of check-out we requested an extra 30 minutes and were denied, we had to practically run out of the hotel, thanks to this we changed to the Marriot with unbeatable attention and for that day It was even cheaper, thanks for directing us to a better hotel.

L’hotel est bien situé proche de rosebank. Le concept est sympa, on retrouve du mama shelter dans les radisson red, mais bon, le service ne suit pas. Et cela casse la magie.. En terme de chambre, les exécutive sont petites, sans rangement, bref décevant.. Petit déjeuner sympa , même si le café n’est pas bon..Bref decevant

Exec room upgrade with zero not a drawer or a shelf to unpack onto... #Radisson expect guests to live out of their suitcases! Found this half shelf to stack my kit on.... Surely it would not have costuch to add a drawer or even an additional shelf... I'd only someone thought about the actual travellers!
