The service was exceptional from the moment I stepped into the hotel. Was welcomed by the Potter who took my bags from the car and accompanied me to the reception area for my check in. The concierge was amazing all the way to my room. The environment is serene and very clean. I enjoyed the food which is reasonably priced as well.

The room is big and the location is in the center of Santon, with convenient transportation and safety. But the room facilities are average.
