The Capital Empire Place is amazing, has friendly & helpful staff. Very convenient as it is located a walking distance to Sandton City, US Consulate and many other places. The area is safe & what stood out for me the most as a local citizen was that they treated us with the same high-level respect as international guests. Equality is something that I always look for in every public space. Definitely recommendable.

I have had the pleasure of staying at The Capital Empire on multiple occasions, and it has consistently exceeded my expectations. I choose this hotel not only for its impeccable service and delightful cuisine but also for its warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and memorable stay. Conveniently located just five minutes from Sandton City, it provides easy access to shopping and dining, making it an ideal choice for both leisure and business travelers.

Great hospitality from start to finish. Wi-Fi connection was great, as i had to work while staying there. my favorite part was the dinner, the team in the evening is very friendly and always checking in on you and your needs.

Room was perfect. The food was out of this world. Everyone was friendly and helpful. It felt that I was at home, between my own family. Modern, comfy and clean.

Disappointed in this property
Needs major renovations. Things were old, chipped,cracked. The staff was super nice, but I just couldn't get comfortable so I left and booked another hotel.

Decent Place to stay in the heart of Sandton
overall, great stay. The staff are amazing and very helpful, willing to go the extra mile to make your stay memorable, that's what I like the more I believe.
The room was decent but it could definitely use a little finesse and extra attention. Some of the furniture in the room I was in could use an update. Also, whenever taking a shower, water would go out through the bottom, in the bathroom... I couldn't understand.
Breakfast was great, decent with a large selection, I enjoyed it.
I would probably go back again, but perhaps choose a different type of room to compare with what I had.
