Less than other 5* I visited the last 10d.
Tip policy everywhere＞ this is not service if you have the stress of carrying cash everywhere.
Spa is not a spa but a paid service for massage (which are good)
Swimming pool not deep at all 1+ meter
Breakfast and food are very expensive compare to other hotels. Spent about 100€ in 2 days

I recently visited Jodhpur with my family for a holiday trip, and we had the privilege of celebrating my wife and baby’s 1 st birthday at the Marwar Restaurant, Taj Hari Mahal. I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt appreciation for the unforgettable experience. The food at the restaurant was absolutely delicious, and the cake-cutting ceremony by the swimming pool deck added a beautiful touch to the occasion. The ambiance was perfect, and the service provided by your team was exceptional. A special thanks to Surendra, Vikram, Jagpal, and Gaje for their polite, friendly, and attentive service. Their efforts truly enhanced our experience, and we are grateful for their professionalism and hospitality. We are delighted with the overall experience, and I look forward to visiting again. Great hotel on the surface but the staff needs better training. I took a complimentary bottle of water with me from the room for the long car ride. The bottle was in an open bag and clearly visible, but instead of telling me that taking that particular bottle was not allowed (assuming they are protecting their brand), the staff reached into my stuff and pulled the bottle out while I was not looking. That is a NO NO: should never touch guests' stuff without asking. Similarly in the hotel, my friend and I ordered the separate dishes. The person waiting on us served him first, and offered him my dishes without asking me. We did not make a fuss but that is extremely impolite. Everyone else was extremely nice but those two incidents did not leave a good impression. The welcome staff was extremely nice and they did go out of their way to help my friend who has mobility issues. Check-in was smooth. Food is exceptional. Rooms are obviously very nice and comfy.

Had a wonderful stay at Taj Hari mahal. Also had a get together of 40 persons for our anniversary celebration. The service at Marwar Restaurant was top class. Mr Vikram singh at the restaurant was exceptional in response, courteous and very efficient. He has been at the restaurant since long and always goes out of way to ensure that the guests are comfortable and well treated. The other staff Mr Laxman singh and Bhawar were also prompt and nice.

We traveled with our mother who needed a wheelchair for ease of travel, it was a smooth and pleasurable experience with Lokendra , Surendra and Narendra. Staff was friendly and also food experience was exceptional not only was the staff courteous but also helpful so was our guide kailash

Had a wonderful experience. Ranjeet Rathore Chef and Vikram in the dining area are excellent. Ranjeet Ji took care that we have authentic Rajasthani food. He made customised food order for us. Anil in Housekeeping was also very cooperative.

I went there with my family for dinner. Ordered my meal with customisation and it was prepared soo good. Service through staff was good. Very welcoming and friendly to accommodate. Vikram Singh, Surendra and Jagpal were there to make sure we were comfortable. Thanks to them.
