We were there for our grandfathers 75th birthday celebration. From the moment we walked we felt a warm hospitality vibe and the staff was very welcoming. Special thanks to Nishu dipanshi and Ishpreet at the front desk. Everything was so smooth , The bellboy Ummed singh ji was very kind. Later in the evening Swaroop Singh ji did the turnan ceremony for us and made the day all the more special.mny thanks to him . Mahavir ji duty manager and Karan at risala made our meals wonderful .

A Truly Royal Experience at Umaid Bhavan Palace, Jodhpur – 10th May 2025 We had an unforgettable stay at Umaid Bhavan Palace on 10th May 2025. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was top-notch. Ishpreet at the reception was extremely kind and polite, making us feel welcome right away. Sikandar ji gave us a fantastic tour of the palace — his knowledge and storytelling made the heritage of the property come alive. The palace itself is stunning, grand, and impeccably maintained. Our kids especially loved the cookie-making session, which was a delightful and engaging activity arranged by the hotel. It was a thoughtful touch that added so much joy to their stay. The indoor swimming pool was beautiful, and the lifeguard was very attentive and supportive. Dining was a pleasure too — Karan ji provided excellent service and made each meal special. A heartfelt thanks to Swaroop ji, who surprised us with a lovely gesture for one of our birthdays, making the celebration truly memorable. If I’ve missed mentioning anyone by name, it’s only because every staff member was so kind, professional, and supportive. Thank you to the entire Umaid Bhavan Palace team for a truly royal experience!

The property is magnificent and the overall level of comfort / experience etc was world class. Of the four hotels that we visited in Rajasthan this was head and shoulders the best. The level of service from the staff was world class; wish we had stayed there longer

We had two nights stay in the palace. Starting from the feel of the palace to the exquisite service of staff, everything was perfect. Special reference to Sikander ji who helped us with the palace tour and all the information. He was very helpful and offered us an amazing experience. Moreover the restaurant and the service was very nice..everyone made us feel like as guest in their home. Thank you

We stayed at Umaid bhawan from 12-15 april and just loved the experience. Beyond the superb palace, the thing that impresses yhe most is the staff and their hospitality. The staff is nothing short of special. The food is remarkable and the chef are able to make things specifically as per your requirements and taste. A special thanks to Swaroop Singh Malvika Rawal Singh Surendra Rajveer. It was my third time here and was the stay was just magical. Taj palace hospitality and royal feeling is just what makes a simple stay so special. Loved it and would surely go again.

My stay at the Umaid Bhawan Palace was an memorable experience and it’s definitely one of the best hotels I’ve ever been to. Nothing quite prepares you for the grandeur of the palace - the paintings, the furniture, the stone carvings, the murals - it’s all just so beautifully preserved. The front desk and restaurant staff are absolutely incredible and they went out of their way to make us feel at home.Special thanks to Rajnandani, Saddique, Karan, Jabbar and Chandrasekharan - they truly made our stay unforgettable.
