I recently stayed at Hotel Bijolai Palace, Jodhpur and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing due to several issues:
Poor Services Staff were unresponsive, unfriendly, and unhelpful.
Amenities Not Provided: lighting in night hour Not glowing at various locations.
Overpriced and limited food options.
Swimming pool was dirty, poorly maintained, and lacked proper safety measures.
I expect a higher standard of service and amenities, especially considering the hotel's review.
Waste of money
Staffs being very rude.
1 star hotel and rate of all items is according to 5 star!!!

Place is good. Cleanliness is good. Food is average. Food inclusions in their package is waste of money because no variety, no starters we must select from their fixed menu. Transportation is a huge issue. This place is in remote location, no shops, no autos near by. Ola and uber does not work here. So everytime u need to go to city you need to spend a lot. We did early checking, they charged extra. We asked for 1 hour delay for checkout but they did not permit or so. Usually some hotels allow grace time of 1 to 2 hours as we go out for site seeing. Rooms and appliances have many maintained issues. Apart from just look of the hotel, nothing great to experience here.

Experience was great. Breakfast spread could be better. The room is pleasant and neat. Would recommend this to whoever is visiting Jodhpur

A little bit remote near the lake. Rooms were basic a bit overpriced but what irked me was stepmotherly attitude towards domestic tourists. Particularly the breakfast which vastly superior when foreigners were staying. But ambience of the ground was nice

The hotel was under some regulatory situation and 2 weeks before our arrival the hotel was closed by Government. No communication. We reached hotel late night and found it closed, the security guard told us about the closing. During the peak travel time late night we had to struggle to find an alternative

I had a fully Paid booking for two room for 27th Dec 2024. When arriving u started calling the three number mention in booking slip, all three was switched off. Then called whatsApp number, never responded or answered of my text. I tried to reach following google map and landed into a gate where the name was written on wall, horned for 5 minutes, nobody turned out as if it looks the hotel is closed. I tried to contact for two reason, one we were getting kate and to inform we are coming and two, to take guidance in road to reach them. Never imagined, a hotel company can have such a neglected behaviour and can stay on business. I will urge all travellers not to book in this property, it's in a wrong place and most importantly their response, and neglected attitude to their guest.

Booked 2 heritage rooms for 21dec, landed with family in jodhpur, took a cab and went to this really far off property by 6pm, only to be informed by the security on arrival that hotel is shut down since 2 weeks. Surprisingly, got 2 reminders from the hotel during last 1 week, reg the upcoming stay and the balance amount to be paid. Am not sure how to resolve this, have written to the hotel, am hoping they will respond and do the needful. Inde hotels, i definitely expected more from you, will reach out to your CEO once I get back from my vacation. What a way to spoil the trip planned with family. Luckily got some option to stay that night within jodhpur, ofcourse had to spend 1.4x due to the last min booking. Thanks.
