The experience was terrible as the whole whole hotel over charged us and gave super shitty experience. The breakfast buffet was a shame in itself and the spa facility did not work. No non vegetarian food was available and rooms were dirty. The whole hotel was practically empty. I don’t mind these things if I paid for example 4 k but when I pay for a room I expect a lot more facility and services. Generally at this price you can get a 5 star property here. Also they asked for extra payment for every small thing. Horrible experience

Hotel is nice and well managed. Special thanks to Deependra singh for his warm hospitality. This heritage hotel is located in the hear of the city which is very helpful to visit all the tourist spots in the shorted possible time. Jodhpur is a nice city to visit.

Had a pleasant stay for 3 nights and 4 days. Customer service oriented team members from the 1st fact at entrance - security to the Front office, Restaurant, maintenance team, errand staff. It is a beautiful place to stay. There is Rajasthani music in the late evening and a musical instrument is played in the morning during the breakfast. Lovely environment!

This is such a nice hotel and staff and really two good service in deependra Singh FNB service is to good and fabulous handling a coustomer service great and thanks ranbanka for nice stay food ambience and and must recommend to visit at ranbanka palace jodhpur.

In Hotel Ranbanka Palace Jodhpur we booked two deluxe rooms for stay with family
We thought it would be a 4 star 5 star heritage hotel
But talking to Gm there, we felt from his behavior that this is a *** from a 0 star hotel, we got the answer.
From what they did, we got to know that they are not interested
The restaurant there had very limited food options available
When we told you about this that there are many options in other hotels and resorts of this category, he replied that this is what you will get here.
If you want to eat, take it, otherwise, no problem, this is how it is here
It is an under construction and non maintained hotel with a non maintained and very limited food
Not suitable to go with family
They are my opinion

Beautiful property with live music. We had a comfortable stay, staff was polite n helpful. Shops in the property had amazing stuff at reasonable prices
