Location was good for work near AIIMS. The ambience was really good for the area. Stands out. Rooms are well made. Could do better on the cleaning and facilities. Felt like missed some corners and crevices to clean. Service was super prompt and well attended. Somehow it felt like new inexperienced staff but they were there to attend with all heart. Special mention of the staff named "Hanuman". 5 stars were for the effort than the actual place. They have a beautiful cafe on the terrace. So overall the place has potential but yet to be in full aspect. Hope the 5 stars help to gain traction.

The hotel is too far from the city. Reception desk, specially Mr Jitendra was always too busy and very casual in replying your queries. I didn’t feel that “welcome” part from the hotel. Food was good. But cleanliness inside the room… that may be floor or bed sheets or pillow cover was a big question mark. Hotel don’t have their own parking it’s on the opposite road side opposite.

This hotel is least bothered about their customers. They don't offer glass of water while having dinner. After requesting several times dey offered water in plastic glass which was looking as if someone has used it and again given to us. Food served was cold and taste was too bad. After asking several times to refill the food items the staff and manager were not bothered. Would not recommend anyone to stay overhere.

We stayed here as we had to attend a family ceremony near by. Great value, good clean rooms and excellent service. Rooms were well maintained. Any required items e.g towels, water etc were promptly serviced. Tea and coffee room service were prompt too. Staff was ver polite and helpful. We did not take breakfast option but ordered room service which again was great. Keep it up!

The hotel is decent and has compact rooms. Rooms are small but compact and comfortable. The service is very good. Restaurant is on 4th floor has a rooftop view. Breakfast is good but has very few options. Laxminarayan (Laxman) the office front desk staff was very helpful. We were unable to reach ontime for breakfast as we got late from para gliding activity, but on one phone call Me Laxminarayan had kept breakfast for us in our rooms to have once we got back. The house keeping staff Mr Bhisnu who was new to the hotel also helped a lot in keeping our room clean and comfortable. In front of the hotel are a few shops and Reliance mall.
