We stayed there in November and it was for 3 nights, we had booked 4 rooms and there was No service provided, even the manager present replied that our bad reviews wouldn't matter, they have people with positive reviews, apart from that, we asked for plates to eat food that we ordered from outside because they don't provide lunch or dinner, and they charged 400rs per person for a plate, fork and a bowl. Their service boys threw the luggage.

there's no room service, no food available, you need to order food from outside and the hotel charges for cutlery also, no maintenance, shower condition was very poor, can't imagine comfortable stay. no

Property is situated at decent location with greenery in premises. Gives a good feeling about infrastructure. Rooms are basic with old ac and refridgerator in our room. I picked this hotel because of my kids likeness for bathtub. Hotel does not have restaurant and staff insisted us to order from 3-4 restaurants on road next to hotel. We ordered for dinner from a distant famous hotel. Basic cutlery set provided on chargeable basis by staff. When i enquired about taxi, places to visit, etc - front desk seemed clueless or not interested.
